This first post comes hot on the heels of Powercents (Ontario Edition), which we launched April 20th, 2012.

We created Powercents because we believed it was time for a resource that helps people save energy without having to spend tons of money. In fact, if you follow the tips and checklists and shift your usage, you will actually save money on electricity (pretty cool eh?).

We are passionate about teaching the public. As you become more energy literate, you can make the right decisions in your home for YOU. Nobody’s house is exactly alike.
